Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable Picker/Packers to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is temp-to-perm position and seeking reliable candidates with great work ethic, great attitude, and no attendance issues.
Must have two years of recent stable picking packing experience
Must have 1+ years of consistent RF Scanner experience
Shift Details:
1st Shift positions
Start times vary: 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM, depending on department
Shifts are typically 8 hours, with some lasting 8–10 hours
Must be available to work full shifts consistently
Responsibilities:
Pick and pack orders accurately using an RF scanner
Safely lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety guidelines and wear required steel-toe shoes
Complete tasks efficiently to meet daily production goals
Requirements:
Must pass a drug test and background check
Ability to stand for entire shift
Must be able to read and write in English; Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (company has multiple local sites)
Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow instructions
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting pay: $15.00 per hour
