Job Description
Ocean Export ideally with some airfreight knowledge.
Responsibilities:

Using our operating software- Cargowise to Open files, create paperwork, data entry, and billing

Communicate updates to customers in a timely manner.

Candidate will also be required to quote customers on transportation.

Filing AES + FMC
-
Tracking and Tracing
-
Basically ocean export shipments from A-Z
Qualifications:
-
Highly motivated, Team Player that takes initiative!

Strong communication and customer service skills
-
Multi-Tasker and Ability to Work under Time Constraints.

Desire for Professional & Individual Growth
-
Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Knowledge or coursework in Supply Chain, Logistics and or International Business a plus

High school diploma or GED required

Associates or Bachelor's Degree or relevant industry experience
