Job Description

As an Outbound Call Center Customer Sales Representative, you'll interact with customers to sell accounts, products, services or accessories. You just need to enjoy building connections with customers to close the sale! You'll earn top dollar for every sale you make, while working on a really fun team. In addition to the great commissions, we have a lot of cool prize contests and other incentives!

Job Duties:

  • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues

  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks

  • Recognize sales opportunity and apply sales skills to upgrade

  • Explain and position the products and processes with customers

  • Ensure first call resolution through problems solving and effective call handling

  • Be a team player and meet company goals

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • HS diploma or equivalent

  • 2 years+ of proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • Track record of over-achieving and going above and beyond to provide great customer service

  • Friendly and professional phone demeanor

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills along with active listening skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
