Job Duties:

  • Manage a high volume of incoming and outbound calls in a timely manner

  • Follow communication scripts during calls

  • Engage customers by providing excellent service throughout the customers shopping experience

  • Provide front-line support to customers by resolving issues, answering questions and providing first call resolutions

  • Identify customers needs by educating customers on products and seizing the opportunity to cross-sell through needs-based consultation.

  • Ensure accurate system documentation for each transaction

  • Be a team player and meet company goals


  • HS diploma or equivalent

  • 2 years+ of proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • Track record of over-achieving and going above and beyond to provide great customer service

  • Friendly and professional phone demeanor

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills along with active listening skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
