Picker / Packer (RF Scanner) – URGENT HIRING
Location: Dallas / Hiram, GA area
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule Options:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – Midnight
Job Summary
We are urgently hiring experienced Picker/Packers to join our warehouse team. This position requires accuracy, speed, and attention to detail while using RF scanners to fulfill and prepare orders for shipment.
Responsibilities
Accurately pick and pack orders using an RF scanner
Verify items and quantities to ensure order accuracy
Prepare products for shipment (labeling, wrapping, staging)
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
Meet daily productivity and quality standards
Requirements
2–3 years of recent, stable, and verifiable experience in order picking/packing
Experience using RF scanners required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic math skills
Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift
Steel-toe boots required
Reliable transportation is a must
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check

Must be dependable, punctual, and ready to work
