2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
$20.00 – $22.00 per hour (DOE)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join a growing manufacturing team in Vernon Hills, IL. Responsibilities:

Inspect components to ensure compliance with specifications

Use calipers, micrometers, and height gauges to verify measurements

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Document inspection results accurately

Submit Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) as needed

Notify supervisors of quality or production concerns

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED required
-
0–2 years of quality inspection or manufacturing experience

Experience with calipers and micrometers preferred

Ability to read blueprints
-
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs

Repetitive hand use and working with small parts
