This is a high volume CSR position. Must have good math skills and pay attention to detail

We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Associate/Account Manager For my amazing client. This is an in-office role (not remote or hybrid) for someone with strong tenure, exceptional attention to detail, and proven customer service experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment. (Work environment experience is firm)

This is not an entry-level role and not a call center, retail, or food service position. The ideal candidate will be professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple customer accounts with precision.

Job stability is a must as we are looking for someone that is wanting a long-term position and wants to continue as the company continues to grow

This person must be very professional via phone, and email.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support a specific category of customers.

• Enter and confirm sales orders in the ERP Accounting/Distribution system.

• Assist customers by phone and email with questions regarding orders, shipment and delivery dates, inventory availability, and backorders.

• Provide support for customers using the online ordering system.

• Prepare documentation for shipments and assist with uniform order fulfillment as needed.

• Participate in inventory counts and help maintain accurate records.

• Assist with website management and maintenance.

• Complete other assigned tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. (E-Verify)

• 7-10+ years’ recent, verifiable office experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment (logistics experience required).

• Strong tenure in customer service (not call center, retail, or fast food).

• Excellent phone, communication, and professional customer service skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems.

• ERP system experience required; SAGE, AS400, IBM i, preferred

• Dependable and punctual with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently without close supervision.

Compensation & Schedule:

• $22.00-$25 per hour (based on experience)

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Background check and drug test required
