Job Description
CHASE Staffing is currently hiring Picker/Packers in the Cartersville, GA area!
The Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards in a warehouse environment.
?? Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
?? Pay Rate: $14.00/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick products accurately using pick lists or handheld scanners
- Pack customer orders securely for shipment
- Inspect products for quality before packing
- Label, organize, and prepare shipments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory and stock replenishment as needed
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
- Support other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable with a positive attitude
- Team player with good communication skills
