Job Title: Warehouse Associate – General Labor

Location: Near Wendy Bagwell Pkwy, Hiram, GA (must live within a reasonable commute, have reliable transportation and valid Driver's license )

Pay: $16.00 per hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire with Growth Potential

Shift Options:

• First Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Second Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our warehouse team. This role involves handling inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a safe work environment. Candidates must be comfortable with physical work, fast-paced operations, and flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or pickup.

• Restock shelves, bins, and storage areas.

• Operate RF scanners to process inventory transactions.

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

• Safely operate manual or powered equipment when required.

• Perform tasks involving standing, walking, stair climbing, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs. frequently throughout the shift.

• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with team members.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• Ability to read and understand basic English.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Must pass a drug test.

• Live within a reasonable commute to Wendy Bagwell Pkwy, Hiram, GA.

• Prior warehouse or material handling experience preferred.

Desired Skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

• Familiarity with pallet jacks and other warehouse tools is a plus.
