Job Description

Chase Staffing is hiring for an Pre-Assembly Lead Operator in the Adairsville, GA area.


Led assembly operations to ensure parts and products were built accurately according to work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Supported team performance while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervised and supported team members in assembling components according to specifications
  • Operated and safely handled power tools, torque wrenches, packaging equipment, and hand tools
  • Coordinated setup and cleanup of assembly cells using overhead cranes and electric stackers
  • Loaded and unloaded materials using electric pallet movers and material handling equipment
  • Ensured consistent production output while meeting quality and efficiency targets
  • Collaborated with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines

Quality & Inspection:

  • Performed visual and functional inspections of assembled products and frames
  • Identified and reported defects, equipment issues, and safety concerns to supervision
  • Maintained high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all assembly tasks

Safety & Workplace Standards:

  • Followed all OSHA regulations and company safety policies
  • Maintained a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Ensured proper handling of materials and equipment during production

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in high-volume manufacturing or assembly environments preferred
  • Familiarity with power tools, torque wrenches, and hand tools
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow technical instructions
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive tasks
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
