Job Description

Chase Staffing is currently hiring for a Production Shift Lead in the White, GA area. In this role, you will be responsible for operating equipment, performing preventative maintenance, accurately entering and monitoring ingot data in real time using the CCS (Control Center System). You will collaborate closely with other operators and support the supervisor to ensure any issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.

***Swing Shift: 6pm - 6:30am OR 6:00am - 6:30pm***

Pay rate: $29.50 to $30.50 per hour

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Control process parameters via HMI to facilitate perfect crystal growth within a controlled system
  • Examine materials for impurities or damage before and after use
  • Access HMI to execute automatic system functions
  • Monitor simultaneous processes for system errors or quality issues that would prevent the growth of perfect crystals
  • Operate manual cranes to raise and lower heavy components
  • Utilize a camera system in conjunction with manual cranes to safely and careful transfer materials
  • Access HMI to execute automatic system functions
  • Maintain process purity by eliminating impurities including dust, lint, or other particulates
  • Operate specialized machinery to move finished crystals between transports
  • Control a system of semi-autonomous transport robots via PDA
  • Access proper PPE to prevent both injuries and contamination during the processing of finished crystals
  • Totally responsible for all phases of daily production goals, product quality, daily inventory
  • Promotes positive influence, openly exchanges daily feedback professionally and timely to production supervisor
  • Completes all daily department checks and documentation which include attendance records.
  • Monitors and assures (ALL) company policies are maintained in assigned department and assures personnel do not abuse break/lunch schedules.
  • Immediately reports any and all product, production, quality & safety issues to Production supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years working experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience with networked based computer systems. (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and procedures while contributing to continuous improvement with suggestions and ideas.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and leadership skills.
