PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS MARKETING COORDINATOR

Hours: 8am-5pm (M-F)

Pay: $45K; however, the client may be willing to pay more based on your expereince

 

Marketing Resource Group has an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join their Team based in Greenville, SC.

 

The Marketing Coordinator’s primary responsibilities are to manage the development and execution of the Company’s marketing program while maintaining product details on the Companies web sites in order to build brand awareness, increase sales and ensure precise product information is available. Additionally, this position works closely with the Art Department and Customer Service Team helping both with product details and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assists the Owner in the development of all strategic and tactical marketing initiatives and plans.

  • Assists in the creation and implementation of marketing/media plans that include print, online, tradeshows and social networking opportunities.

  • Assists in the conception and writing of branded advertising campaigns.

  • Assist in conducting market research to identify effective promotional methods.

  • Investigate new media opportunities (i.e., print, events, online, social networking).

  • Traffics all advertisements to appropriate publications and online venues.

  • Assists in developing and maintaining internal communication systems (i.e., intranet, newsletters, emails, corporate announcements).

  • Researches competitors by identifying and evaluating the competitors’ characteristics, market share, and marketing efforts to develop competitive positioning.

  • Managing corporate website content to ensure that it is current, dynamic, and relevant.

  • Assists in writing, executing, and deploying email marketing campaigns and web content thru sites such as Brevo, Constant Contact.

  • Reviews web analytics and ad words campaigns on an ongoing basis and generate reports as need regarding site traffic.

  • Assists in managing all social media sites by keeping them active and dynamic.

  • Communicate product knowledge with customers, manage quote requests

  • Assisting Customer Service and Sales departments as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in related business field and (3) Years related experience.

  • Communication Skills – A marketing coordinator must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creativity and Imagination – A marketing coordinator is expected to come up with fresh, new, and exciting ways of branding the organization’s services and brainstorming ways to create appeal to the organization’s customer base for those services.

  • Advanced Computer Skills – Advanced skills with Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Word; Office 365/Skype; and basic skills or knowledge of Photoshop, Canva and /or other graphics/marketing tools software. Knowledge of Illustrator is a bonus.
