Large company in Greenville needs 2 temporary Purchasing Coordinators to start ASAP and work through the end of December and maybe into January.
Must have great attention to detail, excellent grammar (written and verbal) with a stable work history in Purchasing/Customer Service etc.
Essential Job Duties:
Receiving HIGH VOLUME orders via phone, email or fax and creating Purchase Orders
Reviewing all back orders and utilizing appropriate reports
Process in-transit requests for available orders within the warehouses
Problem solving on equipment orders, A/R issues, tracking orders, handle item inquiries, including; questions, concerns and searches
Log orders in spreadsheets for reporting purposes
Candidates will need to take a Microsoft Excel test and score a minimum of 80% in order to be presented for an interview.
Clean background, drug screen and verifiable references.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
$13.00 per hour
