NOW HIRING: PURCHASING ASSOCIATE
Villa Rica Area
Pay: $23 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Type: Temp-to-hire | In-office
CHASE Staffing is seeking an experienced Purchasing Associate to support material sourcing, purchase orders, and supplier coordination. Candidates must have recent purchasing experience with a distribution or manufacturing company.
Responsibilities:

Source and order materials, components, and supplies.

Create and track purchase orders, verifying pricing and delivery dates.

Communicate with suppliers and resolve delays, pricing discrepancies, and order issues.

Coordinate with internal teams to meet production and inventory needs.

Maintain accurate purchasing records in ERP systems.

Assist with inventory planning and cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements:
-
Purchasing experience with a distribution or manufacturing company is required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
-
Background check and drug test required.
