Job Description
Chase Technical is looking for an experienced Recruiter for Roanoke, VA!
· Manages the day-to-day operations of a flexible workforce.
· Daily responsibilities include recruiting, retention, and developing the flexible workforce staff, resulting in increased productivity and decreased costs for the clients.
· Reduce turnover and increase retention.
· Consistently executes the branch action plan to ensure the quality of CHASE services to the client.
· Ensures adequate staffing to cover day-to-day needs.
· Conducts daily contact with clients to maintain “top of the mind” knowledge of the client’s business, current opportunities and challenges, and workforce requirements.
· Responsible for timely and accurate reporting, including clients and Chase reports, and Payroll.
· Determines scheduling needs based on project management requirements.
· Stays abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations.
· Undertakes any other tasks as determined by Management
Qualifications:
Flexible, able to juggle multiple priorities
Recruiting/ Human Resources Background Required
Strong customer service focus
Must have own automobile, carry a valid state driver’s license and have proper automobile insurance coverage for the vehicle.
Candidate MUST be able to work in office, this is NOT a remote position.
