Customer Service Sales Support in a Call Center Environment.
Hours are between 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday.
Pay: $13.00 per hour
Heavy Customer Service
Strong Computer Skills especially with Excel (candidates will be tested)
Very Team Oriented
Ideal candidates will be able to multi-task, determine the urgency of calls, answering high volume phone calls, ability to take clear and detailed messages
Must have excellent speech/grammar both written and verbal.
You are working with over 400 sales reps; they are the ones calling for assistance. With one phone call there may be multiple requests for assistance (placing an order for a customer, customer needs to return items, customer received damaged products, need pricing, need a contract, need to change a contact etc.) Each call must be logged in the system and needs to be detailed, so the next person reading the message can pick up without question. Candidate also completes a daily written log and these messages must be clear and detailed.
This position will eventually transition into more of a sales and marketing position. Must be able to interface with clients and communicate effectively.
These positions offer very little face to face interaction with co-workers. You will be in a cubicle all day on the phone and working at the computer.
Requires a clean criminal background check, drug screen, 4 year degree in business, marketing or something similar, along with verifiable references.
