We are looking to add an experienced and hardworking individual to our shipping and receiving team.
Key Responsibilities:
Process orders, receive products, create labels, create tracking info, and communicate with customers and internal staff on order and parts availability.
As a shipping and receiving clerk, you will ensure that incoming product is received correctly, orders are picked / packed correctly, and shipped correctly. You will also assist with inventory control and other processes.
Tasks may include (not limited to):
Pick, pack, and ship orders.
Work with fulfillment team to prepare parts orders for shipping
Receive, count, and unpack inbound shipments
Count and place inventory into proper stock location
Track parts movement between warehouses
Help with inventory cycle counting and other miscellaneous tasks
Perform quality checks on incoming parts for any defects, and/or mistakes
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is required
One year of warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience is preferred
Experience with shipping software, including Shipstation and Fedex Ship Manager is preferred
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills required
Able to lift 50 lbs
Able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
