Logistics Coordinator Domestic

Stable and GROWING company dynamic Logistics Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years of related work experience in transportation; international and domestic. Salary and title will depend on experience. This job is needed for our Client in the Atlanta, GA near Fulton Industrial hours are Monday Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Position available immediately.

(MUST HAVE STABLE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY)

Key responsibilities include, not limited to:

Daily communication with domestic transportation vendors

Daily communication with warehouse personnel regarding daily shipments

Daily routing of customers outbound shipments

Review and implement customers routing instructions relating to outbound shipments

Continuous consistent communication with internal customer service and account managers

Follow up and tracking orders status until the shipments are successfully delivered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Starting at $20 per hour (depends on experience)

Additional Duties:

Special Projects - Support our logistics manager as needed to complete any special projects in the company.

Inventory Support scheduled physical inventory counts.

Cross training - Constantly cross train with other team members to learn about other areas of the company.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

Import logistics experience (minimum 2 years)

Proficient use of MS Office; Word, Excel

Strong communication skills

Must have strong multi-tasking, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Ability to work in an empowered team environment, including the ability to effectively communicate, share information, and resolve issues in a professional manner.
