Job description:
Chase Staffing is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Laboratory Technician. You’ll produce high-quality samples and compound mixtures according to R&D and customer specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process raw and intermediate materials according to recipes
- Operate lab and production equipment (homogenize, pasteurize, fill, package)
- Conduct sensory evaluations and quality checks (Brix, pH, acidity, etc.)
- Maintain and clean lab equipment and work areas
- Document processes accurately in internal IT systems
- Assist with error analysis and sample development when needed
- Manage stock, materials, and report equipment maintenance needs
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in a lab or production environment preferred
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards
- Team player with the ability to follow precise procedures
