Job Title: Box Machine Operator

Location: Thornton Road Fulton Industrial area – Must be able to travel between two company warehouses

Shift: Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts (Some Fridays may be required during busy periods)

Pay: $16/hour

Bilingual Spanish a plus

Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable Box Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating machinery that produces boxes for various packaging needs. The ideal candidate will have recent, stable experience running production equipment and be able to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor box-making machinery to ensure proper production and quality standards.

• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.

• Ensure products meet company specifications and quality control standards.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area following company safety guidelines.

• Stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and handle materials safely.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of recent, stable machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Ability to pass a drug test.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between warehouses.

• Steel-toed shoes required.

• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift regularly during shifts.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
