Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (3/2 schedule) Must be open to working some weekends. Training on 7am-7pm 3/2
Requirements: Background check, drug screen, and steel-toe boots required 3+ years of recent experience as a Multi-Craft Maintenance Mechanic/Technician
Pay depends on level of Maintenance experience. $30-$35+ per hour
We are seeking a highly skilled Multicraft Maintenance Technician to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing industrial production equipment and facility systems. The ideal candidate is experienced across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and thrives in a hands-on troubleshooting role.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on manufacturing equipment
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and increase equipment reliability
Install, modify, and rebuild industrial machinery using blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Align motors, pumps, shafts, and gearboxes using precision measuring tools
Complete welding, fabrication, and light machining repairs as needed
Maintain facility systems such as HVAC, compressed air, plumbing, and utilities
Accurately document work performed in maintenance tracking systems
Follow all safety procedures including Lock-Out/Tag-Out and proper PPE usage
Partner with production teams to coordinate repairs efficiently
Assist with equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
Strong knowledge of 3-phase and single-phase electrical systems
Experience with motor controls, automated equipment, and control systems
Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
Welding and fabrication experience a plus
HVAC knowledge a plus
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working independently or on a team
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working at heights
Exposure to noise, heat, moving machinery, and industrial environments
Ability to obtain lift certifications (boom, scissor lift, forklift) if needed
Must be able to wear required PPE including steel-toe boots, hearing protection, safety glasses, and arc flash gear
