Job Description
MONDAY-Thursday 6am-430pm
$18 per hour
Steel toed required
Weld test and drug test required
Skills
• Proven experience as welder
o MIG welding on carbon steel is the most common practice at the company.
• Experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
• Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (face-shield, gloves etc.)
• Attention to detail
• Experience with flux core welding preferred, but not required
• Professional Certification (e.g. an AWS welding certificate) preferred, but not required
Requirements
• Stand 10+ Hours daily
• Able to lift +/- 50 lbs.
• Able to work in a warehouse that is not climate controlled
• Must be able to see details at close range
PPE Requirements
• Steel Toe shoes- Employees Responsibility
• Welding Hood- Employees Responsibility
• Safety Glasses – Provided by the company
• Work Gloves – Provided by the company
• Welding Jacket – Provided by company
• Hearing Protecting – Provided by company
